A project for over a year in the making is set to begin next month. Tugaloo Pipeline Inc. signed contract documents today to begin work on a sewer line replacement project and work is expected to begin the last week in November. The time allotted to perform this work under this contract is 150 days.

It will be necessary to close some portions of Park and Pritchard Streets for underground pipeline work and a public notice indicating the dates of closure will be made available as the time for this portion of the work draws closer.

All questions about the conduct of the work should be addressed to the City’s Engineer of Record Beeson and Rosier of Easley, SC. The on-site construction representative for the Firm will be Sam Glenn who can be reached at (864) 859-6900.


Project Description:

Construction of 3,640 LF 8" Replacement Sanitary Sewer Collector including 22 manholes, 28 service connections and pavement restoration along Park Avenue and Pritchard Street.
