The Planning Commission of the City of Westminster, South Carolina, will conduct a public hearing on the following proposed map amendments in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Westminster on Monday, October 15th, 2018 at 6 p.m. in the Westminster Railroad Depot located at 129 E. Main Street.
1. A request by the Westminster City Council to amend the City of Westminster Zoning Ordinance by map amendment from General Residential to R-15 the following parcels: 207 Augusta Street, 205 Augusta Street, 203 Augusta Street, 201 Augusta Street, 211 Retreat Street, 207 Retreat Street, 216 Retreat Street, 105 Augusta Street, 101 Augusta Street, 207 Mimosa Street, 208 Mimosa Street, 303 S Isundega Street, 305 S Isundega Street, 307 S Isundega Street, 309 S Isundega Street, 311 S Isundega Street, 110 Pumphouse Road, 106 Pumphouse Road, 414 Mimosa Street, and other parcels in the same area that have no current street address.
2. Amend the official zoning map of Westminster to change the following parcel from Core Commercial to Highway Commercial: Blue Ridge Bank.
3. Amend the official zoning map of Westminster to change the following parcel from Residential R-25 to Highway Commercial: Bank of Westminster.
