Facility Rental

The city has a few spaces available for rent to host your next event. These are all available on a first come, first served basis so we encourage you to request to rent the space as quickly as you can.

The Railroad Depot has 5 round tables and 5 rectangle tables along with chairs available for use with  your reservation. The capacity of the depot is as follows: 54 people set up with tables and chairs, 116 people with just chairs, 162 people with no chairs or tables. There is a sink, refrigerator, and microwave in the kitchen. Restrooms are also available. To reserve the depot, please call the number above. You will need to fill out an application at City Hall upon payment for your reservation. You will have 7 days from the time of your reservation request to pay the rental fee (cash or check only) in full along with the $150 key deposit (cash or check only). The key deposit is refundable upon the depot being properly cleaned after use and the depot key being returned to City Hall.
