BOIL WATER ADVISORY FOR PORTIONS OF THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER WATER SYSTEM:
Affected Areas: Coffee Road, Long Creek Highway (north of Coffee Road), Welcome Church Road, Unity Church Road, Burton Memorial Drive, and Surrounding Areas

The City of Westminster Public Works Department advises all water customers in the following areas—Coffee Road, Long Creek Highway (north of Coffee Road), Welcome Church Road, Unity Church Road, Burton Memorial Drive, and surrounding areas—to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute before using it for drinking or cooking.
Reason for Advisory:
The water service disruption is due to loss of system pressure.
Water service has been restored, and the City will begin testing bacteriological samples to ensure the water is safe. This process typically takes about 48 hours. Residents should continue boiling water until further notice. Service has been restored, but customers will remain under the boil water advisory for at least an additional 24-48 hours.
