The City of Westminster will receive $750,000 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for our downtown streetscape project. The Streetscape project will include Retreat Street and portions of Main Street and is the first major step towards the implementation of the Downtown Masterplan, which was completed earlier this year and funded by a grant from the Appalachian Regional Commission.
